When walking into a store and you are being greeted by an associate. What do you naturally do? Are you the customer that speaks back or do you walk in and ignore that you were even spoken to? Customers point of view: I always personally speak back. Even if it’s quick ‘Hi’ a half a smile, I will always acknowledge being spoken too.
