Both Sides Matter
When walking into a store and you are being greeted by an associate. What do you naturally do? Are you the customer that speaks back or do you walk in and ignore that you were even spoken to? Retail Associates
When you are at the checkout and the customer proceeds to place the money on the counter. From an associate’s point of view, that has to be the most disrespectful thing that you can do. You might as well slap me in the face while your at it. How would YOU like it if I gave you not only your change back on the counter but also your receipt?
